Our rebar bolts are made of recycled steel. They are used in industrial and office buildings for concrete element and steel frame connections to foundations and column extensions.
Connection solutions have been made for the bolts for connecting AHK® column shoes and ASL-H wall shoes to cast-in-place foundations.
The bolts are also suitable for light equipment and machinery connections to concrete structures. The ATP® bolt is suitable for shallow foundations with space for the bolt’s dowel anchor. The AHP® bolt can be used in narrow foundations near the edge of the structure. The AHP® bolt is also suitable for concrete element connections where the bolt must be bent into a 90-degree hook. Bolt bending is done by special order. The bending is performed according to the instructions in SFS-EN 1992-1-1. By using an AAK frame, Anstar’s rebar bolts can be quickly aligned and installed. The bolts also have extensive adjustability in worksite conditions.
Anstar’s ATP® and AHP® rebar bolts have been tested and designed to withstand demanding construction conditions. They are manufactured according to SFS-EN 1090-2:2018, the thread is manufactured according to EN 898-2 and the design carried out according to SFS-EN 1992-4:2018.
The bolts are designed using the ACOLUMN or ASTEEL software.
The bolt size selection is M16–M45. The ACOLUMN software is the first on the market to include accident limit state calculation.
